1Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account and use the 288won platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times that your account remains active.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not already hold an active 288won account.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously had a 288won account closed for rule violations.
• The details you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and your own.

When you register, you will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address and contact number. 288won may at any time request additional identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport or other government-issued identification — to confirm that the information provided matches your identity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is completed.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you should not register an account or use the 288won platform.

2Account Rules and Responsibilities

Your 288won account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place through your account. 288won will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

• You may not share your account with any other person, or allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access games.
• You may not hold more than one active account. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.
• Account details including registered name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified. Contact support if you believe there is an error in your registered details.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including email address, remain up to date so that important account notifications reach you.

288won reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to believe that account rules have been violated, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for rule violations, outstanding bonus balances will be voided. Genuine funds deposited by the player and not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on 288won are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. You must complete any active wagering requirements on bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals of genuine deposited funds are not subject to wagering requirements. We reserve the right to request verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payments section.
• You may only withdraw funds to payment methods and accounts that are registered in your own name.
• 288won does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting 288won support will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

288won offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and VIP rewards. Every promotion is subject to its own individual terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. These general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account only once per player, household, device or IP address for any offer marked as single-claim.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. Real money funds are used first for wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Certain casino games may contribute at a lower rate — the exact contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's specific terms.
• 288won reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after it has been credited, any wagering requirement already completed will be honoured and the original bonus amount will be removed from the account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except through the normal wagering process.

Attempting to exploit bonus offers through duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion will be treated as bonus abuse. 288won reserves the right to void all bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5Sports Betting Rules

288won offers sports betting markets covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, international cricket fixtures, Football, Esports and a range of other sports. Betting is available on both pre-match and live in-play markets, subject to availability.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a match being postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published in the platform's betting rules section.
• For Cricket matches, if a match is interrupted by weather or other circumstances and does not reach the minimum number of overs required under the relevant competition rules, bets may be voided or settled on a reduced-overs basis depending on the market rules applicable to that bet type.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• 288won reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets, and to restrict betting markets for any player at any time without prior notice.
• Obvious errors in odds — including odds that are clearly the result of a technical fault or data error — do not need to be honoured. 288won will void any bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and return the stake.

6Live Casino and Online Games

The 288won Live Casino section provides access to live dealer tables including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar and Game Show formats, streamed in real time 24 hours a day. The platform also offers online slots, table games and Bingo rooms.

• All casino games and Bingo rooms use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer formats conducted by trained dealers. Game outcomes are not influenced by 288won.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your internet connection is stable before joining a live table or game round. 288won is not liable for disconnections during live play. In the event of a disconnection, game rules for incomplete rounds will be applied according to the standard house rules for that game type.

Any attempt to use software tools, bots, or other automated means to participate in casino games or Bingo is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288won platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of bonus balances, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use gaming transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technical device to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or technical vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
• Initiating payment chargebacks without first exhausting the 288won dispute resolution process.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering to meet wagering requirements artificially.

8Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit ceiling. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

10Changes to These Terms

Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the 288won platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
